Mark Nagel

Mark Nagel is currently Director of Employee Relations/ HR Compliance at EssilorLuxottica since 2022. Prior to EssilorLuxottica Mark worked at Southwest Airlines for 8 years in the People Department as Compliance Advisor and from 2005-2014 he was Director of Employment Practices at Best Buy, where his team covered a variety of HR Operations including Employee Relations, Compliance, Benefits, Employee Screening, & Records.

Mark has been involved in the NTILG throughout his tenure in Affirmative Action work (2004 to present), taking on the role of President of the NTILG in May 2022. He has presented at both Regional and National conferences including subjects as: Best Practices in Standing Up a Business Centered Affirmative Action Program, Save the Complexities-Evolving Your Affirmative Action Program to Meet Your Company’s Changing Needs and other compliance panels.
