Andrew Turnbull co-chairs MoFo’s Global Employment and Labor Group and DEI Strategy + Defense Task Force. Andrew has deep expertise representing federal contractors in various unique employment matters, including OFCCP compliance and audits, pay equity audits and claims, DEI and affirmative action plans, high-stakes workplace investigations, SCA/DBA compliance and defense, executive disputes, and employee mobility and trade secrets claims. Andrew is an active member of and has served on the steering committee for the Washington Metro ILG. He frequently speaks on a variety of employment topics, including at the NILG Conferences in 2017, 2023, and 2024.
