Since 2004 Mark Nagel has been a leader in major corporations within the areas of Affirmative Action and HR Compliance, working for such major corporations as: Best Buy Stores, Southwest Airlines and EssilorLuxottica. He has built Affirmative Action programs of 1200+ plans from the ground up, as well as rebooted and re-energized programs to help ensure relevance and ongoing sustainability. His approach is to align partnerships across the business and HR support departments to a simplified message and easy to adopt processes. Mark is the current president of the North Texas ILG, with membership in the organization since 2005.
