With over 20 years of affirmative action experience, Desiree Throckmorton formerly worked as Director of Operations at OutSolve before her departure in 2015 when she took a position as an Affirmative Action Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, and later in 2019 was promoted to Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. At Kaiser Permanente, Desiree was responsible for ensuring that the organization was in compliance with federal affirmative action regulations and executing all required mandates. Desiree also led internal mock OFCCP audits, analyzed recruitment practices to identify risk areas, performed adverse impact analysis on employment decisions, and launched enterprise-wide training. Desiree is SPHR certified, holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, and a Master’s Degree from Roosevelt University, Chicago.
