Kevin Fitzpatrick has been with PepsiCo/Frito Lay for 25 Years+. He has been Affirmative Action and EEO practitioner for over 10 Years leading PepsiCo’s more than 450 Affirmative action plans and related work. As a strong advocate for Individuals with Disabilities and Veterans/military spouses he is an established leader on these topics. Kevin has held roles in Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Legal functions across PepsiCo.
