Vicki Pearson

Vicki has over 25 years of experience focused on equal opportunity (EEO), affirmative action (AA), diversity, human resources, and employment compliance.  In her current role, as Director Compliance for Tyson Foods, Vicki manages employment compliance programs identifying and mitigating the Company’s risks.  She provides direction, guidance and training for enterprise wide compliance with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and ensures Tyson meets the EEO and AA obligations under the law and executive orders enforced by the government.  Prior to joining Tyson, Vicki was a lead consultant delivering human resource strategies, processes, and programs.  She has also held leadership roles at Dean Foods Company and Sara Lee Corporation.

Vicki received an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago.  She is a member of the National Industry Liaison Group (NILG) board and the AR ILG.
