William Osterndorf has more than 30 years of experience in helping organizations handle the complexities of state and federal affirmative action laws and regulations. Bill was president of HR Analytical Services for 27 years before joining DCI in 2021. He has a proven track record for closely monitoring new developments at OFCCP and in the affirmative action world so he can provide sound and practical solutions to clients. Bill is President of the Milwaukee ILG and was chair of the 2019 ILG National Conference.
