Dr. Valentin Estevez is a labor economist and Vice President at Charles River Associates, where he consults and serves as an expert witness in employment discrimination and wage and hour matters. He regularly prepares proactive statistical analyses of compliance with pay equity, wage and hour, and artificial intelligence regulations. Dr. Estevez also supports companies undergoing audits from government agencies such as the EEOC, OFCCP, and California’s CRD. Dr. Estevez has a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago. He is also a member of the NILG Advisory Council and a lecturer in economics at Texas A&M University.
