Chuck McGhee Ph.D. is the Manager of Consulting Services and a Statistician for the Affirmity Workforce Analytics (AWA). Dr. McGhee has over twenty years of expertise in Workforce Compliance, in the private and public sectors. He joined Affirmity after 10 years working for the US Government (OFCCP and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) as a Senior Statistician). He has over ten years’ experience in the private sector providing consultative services to federal contractors. He received his Ph.D. degree in Biostatistics from the University of Texas Health Science Center – Houston and his undergraduate and M.S in Mathematics from Arkansas State University.
