Danny Petrella serves as EASI’s Vice President of Client Services, with 20 years of experience advising employers on the workplace implications of federal, state, and local employment laws, with an emphasis on the nondiscrimination and affirmative action requirements enforced by OFCCP. This includes developing risk management strategies for implementing compliant talent acquisition policies and procedures and directing privileged self-critical analyses of employer hiring and compensation practices. Danny also serves as a Senior Vice President with the Center for Workplace Compliance, where he helps CWC members satisfy their workplace compliance requirements, and is an attorney and partner with NT Lakis, LLP.
