As a Managing Consultant at Berkshire, Kristen Johnson has 20+ years of HR experience in a variety of roles supporting small and large organizations. Kristen has spent the last 10 years focused on Affirmative Action Planning and HR compliance and is well-versed in state and federal requirements. She regularly presents as a webinar host, as an instructor for AAP trainings, and as a speaker at conferences. She is a member of the board of the Kansas City ILG, where she has served since 2014. Kristen holds a master’s degree from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Ottawa University.
