Michael Eastman serves as Senior Vice President, Policy and Assistant General Counsel to the Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC), where he helps CWC members meet their workplace compliance requirements and directs the association’s public policy initiatives. Mike has 30 years of experience in labor and employment policy and has been a leader representing the business community in numerous public policy matters.

Mike is also a partner with NT Lakis, LLP, and a Senior Consultant with the firm’s affiliated consulting group, Employment Advisory Services, Inc. Previously, he served as executive director for labor policy for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
