Will Waymel, Director of Audit Services at Kairos Services, provides affirmative action program development and implementation, auditing, and training to clients. His prior years of experience as a Compliance Officer at the OFCCP provide unique insights into audits. Mr. Waymel has a passion for working with data – excelling in finding ways to utilize large and/or unstructured datasets using Excel’s Power Query and VBA. Earning an MBA and MSIB from the University of Colorado, Will is a native Coloradoan, living there with his wife and 10 children.
