Krystal is the Lead Statistician at Silberman Law, PC. She leads on all statistical analyses prepared by the firm. Krystal performs complex statistical analyses including utilization analyses, adverse impact analyses, and pay analyses employing the same methodology utilized by EEOC, OFCCP, and state enforcement agencies. She has more than seventeen years of in-depth analytical experience.

Krystal was recognized as an “outstanding legal professional” by Colorado Law Week, regularly presents at local and regional ILGs, has presented at the last several NILG conferences, and was a speaker at the 2024 SHRM national conference.
